Built in 1994, the boarding kennels have been run by the current owner since 2002.  It has established an excellent reputation, with scope to further develop the business. Each of the 6 boarding kennels has a sleeping area with pop-hole to individual run, each with a gate to secure grass compound.  Access corridor gives entry to each kennel.

Rates are payable on the kennels, currently under 100 euro p.a. (No water rates, no Council Tax)

We can arrange to collect prospective purchasers from either Cork or Kerry airport and there is a nice B+B only a few miles away across the valley.
